MBA-President and CEO. Michael main
objective is to manage the overall development and
market readiness of the product. Over the last 6
years, Michael has developed and brought to market over
20 products in the toy, marine, general merchandise and
electronics markets. Prior to starting his own
company, Michael spent two years at Nortel Networks as
an International Marketing Director with world-wide
management responsibilities of Nortel products exceeding
$20 million for Intel, TCI Cable, Symantec, Office
Express, Health Net, and Remax. Prior to Nortel,
Michael spent 9 years with AT&T in sales, marketing,
sales manager, and data specialist. The first product he
brought to market exceeded $8 Million in sales in a
little over one year. He has won numerous awards for
product innovation and design. B.S. in Marketing, 1985,

Brett Hayes -
Vice President Strategic Operations;
Brett will be responsible for knowledge backup,
strategic decision process, business advice and contract
negotiations. Brett currently owns and operates Hayes
Brothers Automotive (Industry Specialist) Brett Hayes
owns and operates 5 automotive shops, an automotive
glass shop. Brett has grown his company in 18 years to
over $13 M dollars. He will be instrumental in growth
strategies, financing, personnel and sound business
advice
Patrick Kennedy - Business
Management – Marketing Research: Patrick has
over forty years of experience in business development
(20 years in oil and 10 years in product), trade,
finance, marketing and sales. He has initiated,
negotiated, marketed, and consummated over $1 Billion of
sales volume. He has many years of experience with
industry contracts; negotiations, structuring of
marketing models and with product distribution. Patrick
brings a wide range of skills including; creative
application skills, writing capabilities including;
corporate collateral materials, critical letters,
creative advertising/media approaches and test-marketing
criteria etc. He is well versed in; compliance issues,
governmental/military & industry form requirements, is
capable of constructing, writing, contributing to and
presenting business plans, marketing plans, spreadsheet
projections, and has an extensive working knowledge of
public company compliance, acquisitions, and evaluations
Marc Plante -
Technical Supervisor AAB and HydroEngine;
Marc is our lead technical consultant. He is one of the
inventors/patent holders of the AAB product. He will be
our lead technical advisor for the Beta testing with UPS
and other customers. He will work with our engineers to
ensure the product viability. Mark has over 32 years as
a master mechanic and has an intimate understanding of
the automotive engine function. He is factory certified
with General Motors, Chrysler, Toyota and Mitsubishi.
Mark is committed to working with each customer to
ensure a successful implementation of our product
Joe Selewicz is currently
the Staff Vice President and Assistant Controller
for Verizon wireless communications. He has spent
19 years in the telecommunications industry in various
accounting, finance operations, and procurement roles.
He has been instrumental in consolidating operations
following mergers and acquisitions and performed a lead
role in creating a financial shared services operation
for a national service provider. Prior to entering
the telecommunications industry, he worked as a
litigation consultant and an auditor for a national CPA
firm. B.S. in Accounting and Finance, 1982,
University of California, Berkeley.
