The Connilly Company

Connilly is a 2 year old California Corporation.  The company was formed specifically for bringing new and innovative products to market.  While the company is new, every one on the management team and the board of directors, have, at one time or another, started their own companies.  Everyone on the team has been successful in his or her individual endeavors. The combined revenues from the management teams companies exceed $80 Million Dollars per year.  

Connilly’s President, Michael Burns, purchased the worldwide, exclusive manufacturing, sales, and distribution, and intellectual property rights to the AAB product from Mark Plante and Steve Bevins, co-inventors.  You will see Mark and Steve’s name on some correspondence included with in this document.  Mark and Steve also appear with the “Car Czar”, a local TV segment that featured the AAB product.

The management team feels the company should be cash positive in one year and provide significant shareholder value within a 2-year period. Also, the company has new and innovative products that it has developed funded and will start selling in the 4th quarter of 2008.
